MidCentral reviews: Baseline and Repeat Studies
Prior to the introduction of the new system in MidCentral Region NZ SAMS (Standards and Monitoring Services) was commissioned to complete a baseline review of about 300 disabled people and family or whānau to gauge their view of how well they were supported by the system. The reports provided here include: the summary report for the baseline and the full reports for disabled people and whanau (separately). After the introduction of the new system through Mana Whaikaha SAMS was again employed to conduct the longitudinal follow-up review. These are provided here as the summary report (to come) and the full technical report (for both disabled people and family or whānau)
